VETS365 was founded in April 2019 by Theophilus Tor and Sheila Cohen, two individuals with a shared passion for serving our nation’s veterans. Theo was driven by a deep commitment to empowering service-disabled veterans through business development, while Sheila was dedicated to providing secure housing for homeless veterans.

Since its inception, VETS365 has transformed countless lives. Through our programs, we have not only provided essential services—such as food, clothing, and furniture—but we have also ensured that veterans have a safe place to call home. Additionally, by helping veterans secure contracts with the United States government, we have enabled them to achieve financial independence and build successful futures.
